**WIN (Warehouse Installation Network)** is recognized as the premier lead generator for **Lifestyle Home Products**, the largest independent manufacturer of sunrooms, windows, doors, and the all-Canadian True North Bath Remodel. Our company’s rapid growth and robust partnerships with some of North America’s leading retailers have paved the way for us to expand our Non-Traditional Sales Team.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We are searching for enthusiastic, hardworking, and entrepreneurial individuals who excel in engaging with customers at **retail locations**. If you enjoy meeting new people and thrive in a dynamic atmosphere, we would love for you to join our team

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a Class 5 Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle (required)
- Availability to work weekends (required)
- Willingness to commute to various retail locations
- A passion for engaging with potential customers and scheduling in-person consultations
- Openness to follow our proven sales methodology and achieve daily/weekly targets

**Your Role**:

- Travel to various retail locations to connect with new customers
- Schedule consultations to present our outstanding range of products
- Contribute to the ongoing success and expansion of our team

**Compensation and Schedule**:
Salary starts at $22.00 per hour, plus bonus pay.
- Shifts are 5 to 6 hours long
- Weekday operating hours: 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM, until 7:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday
- Workdays: Monday to Sunday
- Morning and afternoon shifts available
- Opportunities are available for part-time and weekend positions
