**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and technology trends relevant to our offerings.
- Maintain website details and products up to date.
- Social Media required for posting sales adds.

**Skills**
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
- Previous experience in retail sales or powersport sales is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
- Ability to effectively upsell products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge and passion in Powersports. Snowmobiles, Motorcycles, UTV, ATV, Vintage Cars, Generators, Kayaks, Merchandise and Apparel. With the option to upgrade to selling sheds, cabanas and even affordable homes.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
