**MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

This part-time position includes maintenance of property and equipment, general repairs, light barn chores, grass cutting and snow removal. Many tasks involve physical labour in an outdoor farm environment. As Sunrise is a registered charity providing programs for children and adults with disabilities, this position would often work with volunteers.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
