**Job Title: Web Manager & Digital Marketing Specialist**

**About Job**:
A growing nail and beauty supplier seeking a results-driven individual to help elevate online presence and boost performance across web and digital marketing platforms. If you're passionate about growing local businesses, strategic design, e-commerce performance, and have an eye for trends in beauty or nails, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities: Website Management**
- Analyze website performance and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics
- Strategically improve site layout, product placements, and homepage banners based on performance data and new product launches
- Design and update basic graphics and promotional banners (Canva or similar)
- Optimize landing pages and navigation for conversion
- Optimize user experience
- Adding/editing new/old products
- Effectively coordinate with other departments

**Digital Marketing**
- Develop and execute marketing plans for product launches, sales, seasonal promotions, and key events
- Monitor, manage, and optimize SEO, Google Ads, and meta ads
- Use analytics to track performance and make data-informed decisions
- Suggest and implement ideas to grow traffic, engagement, and sales
- Provide follow up performance reports
- Manage/support with social media

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in website management and/or e-commerce marketing
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar)
- Basic photography/videography skills
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO
- Ability to develop actionable plans from data
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong Communication
- Bonus: Knowledge or passion for the nail and beauty industry or beauty e-commerce

**To Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 35 per week
