We are looking to hire an Assistant Store Manager for our location in Cole Harbour

The Role: As our Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our store's operations, from overseeing daily retail activities to inspiring a team of dedicated employees. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure our store not only meets but exceeds our customers' expectations in service and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing store operations to ensure excellence in customer service and efficiency in operations.
- Lead, motivate, and support a diverse team in a dynamic retail environment.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in community events, representing Payzant Building Products and building strong community ties.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
