We currently have openings for Production Workers at our Rubber Mixing facilities located at 341 Erie St, Stratford.

**COOPER STANDARD AUTOMOTIVE**, is a leading manufacturer of Extruded Rubber Sealing Systems. Cooper-Standard Automotive is a major supplier to the automotive original equipment industry

**Primary Duties**
- Perform all necessary operations in the Bulkroom.
- Perform all operations necessary to mix batches as per required recipes.
- Operate a mixer following all safety and work instructions.
- Operate Mills following all safety and work instructions.
- Ensure continuous operation of mixers and mills.
- Abide by all safety procedures and policies.

**Secondary Duties**
- Operate a Fork lift to supply necessary materials to different parts of the process.
- Perform required clean-up duties.
- Provide necessary relief to fellow operators for break periods.
- Other duties as required.

**Be physically fit and capable of handling loads up to 50 pounds without assistance.**

3 Shift Rotation - Midnights, Afternoons, Days - rotating every two weeks

**Starting Rate $21.60 - $23.42**

Excellent benefit and pension package including Company match options (after 75 day probation period).
