BeaverTails is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. We have a full time position available for a Food service supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day shift supervision while working “hands-on” with the team in the kitchen.
- Plan for and maintain inventory of food for daily operations.
- Maintain required records including sales, inventory, income/expense, and personnel records.
- Ensure food truck staff members follow proper sanitation procedures.
- Prepare and serve the food.
- Expedite process from order received to food served while maintaining quality service.
- Serve as cashier and order taker for customers as required.
- Respond to customer preferences and complaints.
- Maintenance and regular cleaning of equipments including refrigerator, fryer, prep table and cookware.
- Ensure customer experience is satisfactory.
- Hire, recruit, and train employees.
- Promote marketing by clicking pictures of different events, happy customers, exceptional service etc for FB page.
- Driving ‘On The Go trailer’ truck to and from events
- Maintain and ensure proper safety procedures are followed while driving and parking.
- Hook and unhook trailer from the truck as and when required.
- Any other responsibilities within the scope of job requirements as necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have full G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous supervisory or team leading experience in food industry preferred.
- Friendly, high energy and enthusiasm is an asset
- Available to work multiple shifts - Mondays to Sundays. Weekend availability is a must.
- A thorough understanding of Food Safety requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Full time: 35 hours per week or more.
- Minimal heavy lifting involved.
- Late night shifts and long daily work hours depending on the events.
- Normal food truck conditions with heat or cold as dependent on the weather.
- Driving to different areas in Simcoe and Muskoka region.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- $19 per hour + tips
