Pay range $43.00-$46.00 or beyond depending on qualifications.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced plumber to join our team as a Journeyman Plumber, with the hope this person moves into a Foreman or Project Manager role within 1 years’ time. In this role, you will be expected to work on your own, or with a small team of apprentices to complete work, sometimes in remote Manitoba or Northwestern Ontario locations - overnights expected.

**Requirements**:

- Red Seal Journeyperson Plumber
- Must be able to work in all aspects of the trade including repairs & maintenance, commercial & new construction.
- Must be able to read & interpret blueprints, drawings & specifications and the ability to instruct apprentices is an asset.
- Complete service calls on plumbing, heating and HVAC systems including; boilers, pumps, hot water tanks, fixtures, MUA units and furnaces
- Must have own hand tools, cordless tools
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with remote work or service roles.
- Licensed in Backflow testing is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of patience and customer service skills.
- Residential experience is an asset.
