### Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients to prepare non-sterile compounded medications, following prescription orders.
- Maintain rigorous standards of cleanliness and organization within the compounding lab to prevent cross-contamination.
- Assist in managing inventory of compounding supplies and medications, ensuring that all materials are stored appropriately and are within their expiry dates.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and pharmacy protocols related to non-sterile compounding.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice with the support of the pharmacy team.
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure a high level of patient care and satisfaction.

### Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of compounding experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Completion of a recognized compounding training course.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and patient safety.

### Location:
This is a full-time position located in Kitchener, Ontario.

### Employment Type:
Full-time (40-45 hours per week).

### Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with knowledge and experience.
