Overview:
Hair Stylist Duties:

- Provide professional hair care services including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences
- Perform hair treatments such as conditioning and scalp treatments
- Keep workstations clean and sanitized to ensure a safe environment for clients
- Assist with front desk duties when needed
- Actively engage in retail sales of hair care products
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell salon services and products to enhance the client experience
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of the salon
- Engage in collaborative teamwork

Hair Stylist Requirements:

- Clientele preferred

Aesthetician Duties:

- Skilled experience, knowledgeable, certified and professional
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques for promoting aesthetic products
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the salon
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and collaborate with team members
- Assist with front desk duties when needed

Aesthetic requirements:

- Clientele preferred
