**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Program, test and commission and verify new Fire Alarm Systems in accordance with ULC-S537.
- Perform testing and annual inspection and VI in accordance with ULC S536
- Attend service calls, troubleshoot and restore the system to normalcy.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand system layouts and specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections to detect issues or malfunctions in alarm systems.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their fire system needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide training to clients on the operation and routine maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls and prepare Verification reports.

**Qualifications**
- Must have CFAA Certification
- Proven Electrical knowledge with experience in Mechanical systems preferred.
- Familiarity with low voltage wiring and installation practices.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics related to alarm systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Relevant training in fire alarm systems is a plus but not required.
