We are now offering second mortgages across Ontario. Our rapid growth has resulted in this full-time employment opportunity.

**Our Products**:Mortgages up to $200,000 for Ontario homeowners.

**Our Clients**:We distribute our products through licensed Ontario Mortgage Brokers. We do not solicit the public directly.

**The Position**:This full time - in office role will provide leadership and oversight of the Information Technology and digital security infrastructure within the organization and act as the key liaison with external 3rd party service providers. With direction from the Senior Management Team, the Manager identifies the vision, leads the implementation and oversees ongoing effectiveness of IT systems, business solutions, cyber security and technology-related products and policies to support and achieve the organization's goals and protect the company from system failure or data corruption and loss.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with external IT vendors (3rd party Help Desk, cloud services, and licensed software providers) to ensure performance and products meet service level expectations and contracted obligations.
- Primary point of contact and escalation conduit for all IT-related matters, ensuring timely resolution and mínimal disruption to business systems.
- Oversee the cyber security strategy and efforts, including monitoring threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents by establishing and maintaining robust security protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the Business Recovery Plan and align with the VP of Operations on risk management and business continuity, participating in risk assessments and audits to identify potential exposures
- Develop and reinforce IT policies and procedures to ensure the protection, integrity, security, accessibility, and privacy of all electronic information
- Research trends, anticipate and respond to technological changes to maintain optimal functionality
- Provide recommendations on Information Technology investments, system improvements and automation options
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and upgrading of all IT and office equipment as required.
- Lead internal IT staff, related projects, implementations, new software releases, and upgrades
- Other related duties as required.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or formal education in a relevant discipline; Cybersecurity Certification a definite asset.
- Relevant, practical experience leading, implementing and overseeing Information Technology infrastructure, cyber security protocols and business solutions
- Working knowledge Microsoft products, relevant online business solutions & tools, CRM platforms (eg. Salesforce, Hubspot) and document management software
- Excellent project management skills and vendor relationship building
- Interpersonal and communication skills that inspires, provides clarity, and moves the business forward
- Demonstrated commitment to health & safety and creating an engaging workplace
