We require someone available for 2 shifts per week.

**Description of Duties**:

- Provide and maintain a high quality of food & beverage service
- Set the tone for a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of the Lounge area
- Assist with stock control
- Cultivate regular clientele through the delivery of exceptional guest satisfaction

**Qualifications & Abilities**:

- At least 3 years of bartending experience
- Able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of food, beverages and wine
- Mixology certificate preferred but will consider significant bartending experience in lieu
- Serving it Right and Food Safe Certification
- Must know Squirrel
- Superior customer service skills
- Able to show accountability for all decisions
- Flexible availability for shifts and able to work weekends
