**Position Summary**
**Who are we?**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using their own automotive knowledge, the company systems and parts catalogues
- Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner
- Conduct follow-up calls to customers as necessary
- Support all store warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking and organizing)
- Coordinate the drivers for effective dispatching of vehicles
- Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles
- Efficiently deliver parts, being mindful of customer requests
- Help control inventory and ensure product availability
- Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner
- Collaborate with the main warehouse to resolve stock-related concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racking, shelves, pallet areas, workstations and shared spaces neat (organize products, sweep, dust, sanitize and mop)
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team
**Key Requirements**
- ** Aftermarket automotive parts knowledge/experience required**:
- ** 2+ years of customer service experience required**:
- ** G Driver’s License and clean 3-year abstract required**:
- Picking, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and stock maintenance experience is an asset
- Basic math skills and ability to sort alphanumerically
- Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use Outlook, online database and web-based training)
