**Key Responsibilities**
- Source parts for heavy equipment, automobile, semi truck & trailer, aggregate crushing, asphalt plant operations, paving and road building equipment needs.
- Efficiently problem-solve and source alternative parts when standard parts are not available for order.
- Maintain parts inventories, which includes identifying and cataloguing parts and assemblies, ordering parts, receiving parts, inspecting parts, sorting parts and stock handling for the parts department
- Complete and enter documentation into database as required.
- Track orders and shipping and receiving information for the Maintenance crew.
- Perform other duties as required.
**Required Knowledge and Skills**
- 5+ years experience as a Journeyman Parts Technician or with parts sourcing for heavy construction.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment.
- Previous aggregate crushing, paving or heavy equipment experience is nessesary.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Experienced with CAT SIS, and other parts sourcing platforms
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
