**Job Overview**:
The Technical Department Lead must be a team player with the ability to prioritize incoming projects and timelines. They work with the operations and sales teams to champion change in all aspects of the business. A strong focus on developing operational efficiencies at the pre-planning stages are a primary responsibility of this position.

**THE INCUMBENT MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Bachelors’ degree, or 3+ years’ experience, in engineering, computer science, or a related field would be an asset.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Highly motivated and excited to learn new technologies and systems.
- Strong leadership with organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Highly accurate and logical.
- Excellent 3D AutoCAD skills and general understanding of building drawings.
- Keen understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Keen understanding of mobile cranes, tower cranes, and rack and pinion elevators.
- Understanding of workflows and ability to create efficient processes.
