Kinesiologist Intern

Full-Time, Temporary (52-week contract)

Start Date: as soon as possible

Rate of Pay: $20.00 /hr

- Developing training programs based on the individual assessment of residents, inpatients, and outpatients of Atikokan Health and Community Services.
- Helping individuals set objectives and motivating them to reach those goals.
- Assist recreational coordinator in the execution of programs for extended care residents.
- Provide assistance to alternative levels of care for patients in the acute ward for mobility and other issues
- Facilitate the cardiac rehabilitation of their clients.
- Supporting the kinesiologist in running various programs such as our chronic disease program.
- Assisting in any other tasks and responsibilities as needed on a day-to-day basis.
