**Job Summary**

**Position Overview**:
The role of Team Leader is to manage project operations on a daily basis. This includes communicating and coordinating daily project goals with team members. The Team Leader will ensure delivery on project goals while maintaining high quality standards.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assists Project Manager in planning, executing, monitoring and reviewing project
- Communicates daily project objectives and goals to Team Members
- Prepare, organize, and track all equipment, supplies, paperwork and vehicles required for each project, in a timely manner
- Ensure safe working environment by conducting daily safety inspection of tools, equipment and possible job site hazards..
- Facilitates safety of Team Members and ensure equipment and tools on project site are secure
- Confirm all project/ health and safety paperwork is completed on a daily basis.
- Assist the Project Manager in evaluation of Team Members Position Requirements

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Certification in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, First Aid, Customer Service and Construction is mandatory.
- Valid Drivers License

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- 2 - 5 years direct work experience in a leadership role
- Demonstrates on-the-job experience in mold, asbestos and water remediation
- Experience & skills in inspection of potential presence of mold and asbestos is an asset

**Personal Attributes**:

- Experience working both independently and in a team is essential.
- Ability to supervise team members and manage cost efficient project is a must
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Work Conditions**:

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
