If you are looking for an opportunity to work for a fast growing automotive group, this is it We are looking to grow our finance department and add an experienced Finance Manager specializing in both Prime and Sub-Prime for our Terrace, BC locations.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

- Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
- Coach salespeople on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance
- Set sales goals, track progress, and manage team to achieve and exceed those quotas
- Assist customers in selecting the right financing, insurance and protection packages by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of financial products
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
- Developing new financial sources, as well as maintaining strong relationships with current lenders
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
- Any other job related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Previous dealership and management experience is a plus but not required
- Sub-Prime experience
- Leadership skills with a passion for training fellow employees
- Enthusiasm and motivation with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricing
- Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
- Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Finance: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)
