- **Monday to Friday. **_**Steady Day-Shift.**_
- Shift starts at 6:00 AM with daily varying daily shift finish times - 3pm to 7pm (**flexibility is a must**).
- 40+ hours per week. (Average of 48 - 52 hours each week)
- Over time paid after 44 hours each week.
- Starting rate of $19.84 per hour plus eligibility for a $1.50/hour weekly attendance bonus.

In our state of the art, automated processing facility you will be:

- Working on processing line for an extended period of time.
- Adhering to company health & safety, food safety, and good manufacturing policies and procedures.
- Working in a cool environment.

- These positions involve working a rotation of various jobs on the processing line.

- Comfortable working with raw chicken meat products.
- Dedicated to ensuring that products meet stringent food safety and quality standards.
- Ability to wear all provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and hygiene equipment, including but not limited to face masks, wrist guards, mesh cutting gloves, bump cap/hard hat, steel-toed footwear, hearing protection, smock, and gloves.
- Able to physically perform general labour duties assigned.
- Directly support the department to meet daily targets and goals while maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
- Maintain productivity that meets or exceeds production standards.
- Dedicated to creating a high-quality product that consistently meets product specifications.
- Contributing and adding value to the team and the facility in a positive way.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- _**Punctual and Dependable individuals**_
- Previous experience in a meat processing and packaging environment is a definite asset, but not a must.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to physically lift up to 25 lbs.
- Hand and eye dexterity.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to exercise initiative and prioritize work to maximize efficiency.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated facility.
- Comfortable working with raw chicken.
- **Must** **be flexible in shift finish times** as each day will vary.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Basic security clearance and background check will be performed.
