CMG is looking to add to its team of Geologists' active on a variety of precious, base and battery metals projects across Canada.

**Job description**

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Diamond drill core logging
- Maintaining and updating geological data bases for the project
- Acquiring structural core measurements
- Management of core shack operations and team
- Geological mapping and prospecting
- Geochemical sampling
- Supervising, training and developing junior staff
- Adhere to QA/QC procedures
- Assist in implementing corporate safety and operating policies

Qualifications:

- 1 to 5 years of experiences of mineral exploration experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Geology from a recognized University or equivalent
- Eligible or currently registered as a Professional Geologist or a Geologist in Training
- Comfortable working in remote camp settings for an extended period of time
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proficient in a variety of industry standard software suites
- Flexible, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic work environment
- Able to hike for extended period of time through varying terrain
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
