We service all corporate, institutional, commercial, retail and private clients across Western Canada. Our head office is located in Winnipeg, MB,with branch offices and operations across the Prairies, including Thompson, Regina, Saskatoon, Edmonton and Calgary.

- Proven track record of achievement and success in security and operations.
- Post Secondary education
- High energy and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in people
- Work well unde pressure
- Must have impeccable communication skills, effective time management, and organizational skills
- Identify staffing requirements
- Experience in a large, unionized environment
- Excellent proven problem-solving skills
- Able to manage emergencies effectively and responsibly
- A minimum of 3 years in a front-line supervisory role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity
- Strong awareness and use of IT, social media, and phone/device apps.
- Solid background in B2B sales, and business and marketing development.
- Experience in preparing proposals for RFP’s and business security assessments.

Duties and responsibilities:

- The basics:

- Must have a valid current Manitoba Security License
- 1st aid and CPR/AED certification
- Excellent English communication skills (speak, read, write)
- Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Clean Class 5 drivers license (Class 4 is a asset)
- Ability to provide training in all areas, leadership, and guidance to security staff
- Complete all Operations Manager roles and responsibilities
- Recruitment, development, retention and dismissal of staff
- Setting up orientation and training of guards. Coordinating training modules and courses
- Knowledge of the Criminal Code of Canada a strong asset
- Development and follow-up of all SOP’s, duties and Pos for all client sites
- Drafting of and execution of service agreements and contracts
- Familiarity of COR
- Deliver on deadlines and targets, both for sales development and operational facets of branch
