**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Associates to join our team during this Holiday Season at Distillery District Winter Village

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Seasonal Associates will assist customers, manage transactions, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Engage with customers to promote sales, upsell products
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills
- Previous Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in cashiering or operating POS systems is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- German language is a huge plus Working holiday visa holders are welcome

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (preferred)

Work Location: In person
