**About the Role**:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the service team. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless and professional service experience while helping clients with their automotive service needs. This critical, front-line position requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to relay client concerns and ensure accurate service solutions.
- Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while managing multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, explain repairs, and obtain necessary client approvals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up and maintaining long-term client relationships.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- A pleasant, professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving abstract (required).
- Previous automotive experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience with **Reynolds and Reynolds** software (considered an asset).
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy environment.
