BISOU PREMIUM BAKED GOODS LTD. is a family-owned and operated Bakery and Cafe in Mainland Vancouver, BC. After 3 years of serving our signature French-inspired baked goods and coffees, we are expanding to the Telus Garden Tower and we are looking for a Front End Associate to join our team. This position will be responsible for taking, preparing, and assisting customers with their orders.

**Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to

customers

  • Clean and stock the dining room with necessary supplies
  • Work with the kitchen staff to prepare food and beverages as needed
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Meet all company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Take reservations, verify information, and enter orders into the POS system
  • Maintain clean and sanitized work area
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by manager or assistant manager

**Skills**

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills required. Must be able to provide quality service to all guests.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Able to follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
