**Responsibilities**:

- Promotional material coordination
- Administrative support and project coordination
- Assistance with event planning
- Assistance with content management and promotional verbiage
- Other marketing or customer service responsibilities as needs arise

**Qualifications**:

- Verbally bilingual, English and French; good written English.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Basic understanding of project management tools, preferably Asana.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
- Enthusiasm for creative tasks and contributing to team projects.
- Position requires physical tasks; bending, lifting, walking stairs, maneuvering materials (10-20lbs).
- Full time, 40 hour per week, on premise position. No possibility to work remotely.

- Coordination du matériel promotionnel
- Soutien administratif et coordination de projets
- Assistance à la planification d'événements
- Assistance à la gestion du contenu et du verbiage promotionnel
- Autres responsabilités en matière de marketing ou de service à la clientèle en fonction des besoins.

**Qualifications**:

- Bilinguisme oral, anglais et français ; bonne connaissance de l'anglais écrit.
- Une attitude positive et une solide éthique de travail, avec la volonté d'apprendre et de progresser.
- Excellent souci du détail et bonnes compétences organisationnelles.
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Compréhension de base des outils de gestion de projet, de préférence Asana.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement.
- Enthousiasme pour les tâches créatives et la contribution aux projets d'équipe.
- Le poste exige des tâches physiques : se pencher, soulever, monter des escaliers, manœuvrer des matériaux (10-20lbs).
- Poste à temps plein, 40 heures par semaine, sur place. Pas de possibilité de travailler à distance.
