**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, chillers, boilers, conveyors, HVAC, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment independently, minimizing reliance on third-party service providers.
- Install and retrofit industrial equipment as required for upgrades or capital projects.
- Maintain safety compliance by conducting inspections and following OHS protocols.
- Log all work including repairs, parts usage, and maintenance schedules.
- Support reliability and uptime goals by anticipating issues and proactively addressing them.

**Experience**
- **5+ years of direct, hands-on industrial maintenance experience.**:

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals.
- Journeyperson Millwright (Red Seal) certification is an asset but not required if skills are proven.
- Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of equipment performance.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
