**Who we are**:
The 100x Mobile Vet is Ottawa’s first mobile vet practice to open in the region in 2017- we are changing the way that veterinary medicine is practiced. With an emphasis on client relationships and comfortable, fear-free consultations we are changing pet’s lives one appointment at a time.

**What we are looking for**:
**Qualifications**:

- Customer service experience is an asset
- 1+ years of veterinary reception/ vet assistance experience (preferred)
- Available in person 5 days/ week
- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday for coverage)
- Valid G level drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently, while maintaining strong communication with other team members and the ability to work well with others

**Duties would include (not limited to)**:

- Scheduling patient appointments in a strategic way to optimize the vet’s schedule
- Calling clients and other veterinary clinics, as well as completing tasks laid out by the RVT’s and DVM’s
- Supporting teams who are on the road from the office
- Maintaining the office space, including but not limited to
- managing inventory, cleaning duties, organization
- Medication fills, handling clinic medication inventory, ordering and processing new orders
- Overseeing and managing client
- vet communication and tasks

**We are offering**:

- 5 days/ week, 8 hour days. $22/h. No evenings or overnights
- This is an in person position based out of Kanata ON
- Dental and health benefits offered
- Paid sick leave (5 days/ year)

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
