**SUMMARY**:
The Bilingual Sales Coordinator provides support by prioritising needs, resolving problems, and executing solutions to enable the sales team and management to maximize revenue opportunities. This role interacts with other departments within the company, external sales agents, and accounts directly.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Includes but is not limited to the following.
- Provide overall support for VP Sales, management and external sales agents.
- Collaborate with sales management to define and execute strategic priorities.
- Support sales operations functions for sales team and sales management.
- Acts as liaison with internal departments for any customer issues (Customer Care, Credit Management, Marketing, and Inventory Planning).
- Supports the sales team on strategic planning, sales strategy, and special projects, i.e. trade shows etc.
- Proactively action new projects to improve efficiencies and streamline old processes.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the company’s B2B wholesale platform and customer websites by sending data to upload platforms on a regular basis.
- Informs and supports the sales teams on initiatives and operational processes.
- Coordinate digital assets for new and existing accounts to help maintain brand standards.
- Maintain all relevant files and databases accurately.
- Occasionally assist other departments as required while managing daily workload.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree or college degree.
- 2-5 years experience in a comparable role.
- A goal-oriented individual who is a team player.
- Must be a quick learner, proactive, and enjoy a busy environment.
- Must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and organize, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent English and French language skills, both written and spoken. The ability to write and articulate clearly is a must.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel a must.
- Able to work independently and/or collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Preference will be given to those with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or SAP S4/Hana public cloud knowledge.
- A polished professional appearance and attitude as this role interacts with customers and external sales agents.
- Flexibility in terms of hours of work, recognizing that there will be a need for overtime
- Occasionally, this role may involve standing for a couple of hours and lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, their own vehicle, and the willingness/ability to travel locally
