Requisition ID: 157952 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **What your role will be**: - Leverage SAS/SQL/Python to deliver analyses pertaining performance of collection efforts across various channels. Identify actionable insights to improve collection efforts and recoveries - Automate key management reports through tools such as Power BI & Tableau to improve visualizations and self-serve capabilities - Publish and monitor key performance indicator reports. Investigate trends & clearly communicate results to management team and executives - Support strategic initiatives through data sourcing, manipulation, & analyses - Work with stakeholders to establish requirements to respond to inquiries **Skills you already have**: - Experience with reporting & statistical software packages such as SAS, SQL, Python & Power BI - Demonstrated experience communicating results through software such as PowerPoint, Excel, & Power BI - Experience with SQL Server - Strong Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Results driven individual with high level of curiosity and ability to dive into details without losing sight of the big picture - Exceptional organization skills to prioritize, manage, and implement a variety of competing initiatives, on a concurrent or staggered basis **Education** University degree in Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer science, or Information technology related discipline.
