**Qualifications**:

- 4 to 6 years business analysis experience, supporting medium to large size projects
- 3 or more years of proven consulting experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, and drafting functional designs to deliver large-scale enterprise software implementation(s) in Capital Markets, Risk Management
- Excellent understanding of Capital Market/Risk Management business process
- MBA, MS in finance, CFA, or relevant Post-Graduate/University degree University from reputed institution

**Strong knowledge of**:

- Software design principles and development best practices in the full life cycle Standard business analysis tools, diagrams, and methodology
- Time management and the successful engagement of multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Superior troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills and detail oriented work ethic
- Ability to help manage software releases, and schedules, and to work closely with other Business Analysts and Project Managers to create the appropriate documentation that captures and moves Business needs forwards
- Superior troubleshooting, problem solving, communication (spoken and written), and management skills
- Sound knowledge and understanding of data structures, XML and Relational databases. Ability to write basic SQL queries required to analyze large volumes of data.

**Consulting Skills Required**:
Consulting experience in the following areas:

- Techno-functional skills in business requirements and data analysis
- Medium to large project experience interacting with client teams, consultants, and vendors
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- Attention to details and quality of deliverables

**Role and Responsibilities**:
You will play an important role with responsibilities that range from analyzing a client's issues/objectives and interviewing key client stakeholders to developing recommendations and authoring presentations. You will participate and lead teams in both strategic advisory and transformation projects.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Work directly with our clients providing consulting services designed to help them solve their most complex business and technology issues
- Deliver outstanding client results, direct client personnel, prepare work plans, facilitate client teams to implement recommendations
- Draw conclusions from the market /industry trends, client issues and support go to market initiatives for Cognizant
- Contribute to research, design and writing of articles/whitepapers and participate as a team member in collateral development
- Support business development activities in the form of gathering best practices for RFI/RFP responses and writing proposals
- Proactively support team building and on boarding efforts via mentoring
- Help strengthen client's confidence in Cognizant and Cognizant's ability to deliver
