**About Us**:
Mac and Frank Exterior Restoration specializes in premium outdoor residential services including interlock repair, pressure washing, driveway sealing, landscaping, and more. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as both a **labourer and sales agent** for the remainder of the 2025 season.

This hybrid role involves two parts:
**1. Labourer Duties**:

- Assist on-site with physical outdoor work (interlock repair, pressure washing, landscaping, etc.)
- Help with setup, cleanup, and day-to-day tasks on job sites
- Workdays arranged ahead of time; hours and pay agreed upon before each day

**2. Sales Agent Duties (Commission-Based)**:

- Generate leads and close deals for our services through door-to-door canvassing, word-of-mouth, and other outreach
- Flexible schedule - work the hours that suit you
- Earn commission on each sale, with **higher payouts for premium services**

**Compensation**:

- **Labour pay**: $150-$250 per day depending on experience, performance, and hours worked
- **Sales commission**: Competitive, with bonus opportunities for high-ticket services

**Qualifications**:

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physically demanding labour outdoors
- Friendly and professional with strong people skills
- Sales or customer service experience an asset but not required
- Must have access to transportation within the Niagara Region
- Must be able to work independently and take initiative
