a brand selection of over 80 brands from men's and ladies' streetwear and fashion, to

casual and technical outerwear. We offer a selection of bags, sunglasses, socks and

other items to enhance your days. With a strong retail presence and an expanding e
- commerce platform, we are looking for a highly organized and accountable Assistant Retail Manager to lead day-to-day operations across both our physical and online storefronts.

**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Retail Manager with hands-on e-commerce knowledge to drive operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless order fulfillment process. This role bridges our in-store experience with our digital shop and plays a key role in customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee daily retail operations in-store and online.
- Handle all aspects of order fulfillment, shipping, inventory control, and returns.
- Ensure the in-store is organized, stocked, and presented to company standards.
- Lead and support retail staff
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar retail or e-commerce management role.
- Highly organized, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Accountable and reliable - able to work independently and manage priorities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with shipping logistics, returns, and inventory systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
