**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Driving and operating units based on your qualifications and ability (Units assigned to driver)
- Respond to a various range of towing and transportation calls, that will offer a challenge to your working career
- Interact and communicate with Our Team & customers in a courteous and respectful manner by building relationships.
- Connecting/attaching a vehicle or equipment to the tow truck and transporting effectively (this may include using chains, straps, winch cable, steering locks, and other devices as well as fixing lights onto the towed vehicle).
- Experience with heavy winching, mechanical knowledge and experience driving across Western Canada an asset
- Write up reports of services completed; accept payment by cash, credit cards and customers accounts.
- Transporting and Towing a wide range of vehicles, including light to heavy duty equipment plus commercial equipment.

**Qualifications and Competencies**:

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customer while consistently providing customers with professional and outstanding service in situations on public roads and customer yards or site locations.
- Our goal is to provide extensive training and knowledge to assist you in becoming a successful team member.
- **Valid class 5 (NON GDL), 3 or 1 driver’s license and a Criminal Records Check (Vulnerable Sector Check)**:

- Previous towing experience and heavy trucking experience, over length, and over dimension experience an asset
- Strong attention to detail to ensure safe ground towing or transportation that follow Transport Canada guidelines
- Supply Safety Tickets, industry level certifications and commercial driving record will be required when hired
- Must have Air Brake Endorsement

**Working Conditions**:

- **Must be able to work various shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.**:

- Regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to manipulate, handle or feel; reach with hands or arms; also required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Step off and on of Unit and customer equipment.
- Occasionally required to lift up to 90 pounds.
- Must be able to work in Alberta weather conditions and operate unit with a high level of skill on public roads during regular scheduled shifts (we are a 24/7/365 days a year operation)
- **ALL CANDIDATES MUST PROVIDE A 5-YEAR COMMERCIAL DRIVING ABSTRACT AND COMPLETE A DRIVER PROFILE FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES; APPLICANTS MUST NOT HAVE ANY MORE THAN TWO MINOR CONVICTIONS WITHIN A 3 YEAR PERIOD.**_
- **SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A POLICE CLEARANCE WITH VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK COMPLETED.**_

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
