Our work environment includes: - Modern classroom setting with projector, 65" touch screen etc. - seperate area with pantry room, office and conference room. - Growth opportunities **Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled Public Speaking Coach to join our team. As a Public Speaking Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and training to our students from grade 1 to 10 seeking to improve their public speaking skills (presentation and interview). Selected students will be able to attend annual TEDx or Model UN events. **Responsibilities**: - Develop personalized coaching plans to address each age group students' specific needs and goals - Conduct one-on-one or small group (5-10 students per class)coaching sessions to help students improve their public speaking techniques - Provide constructive feedback on speech content, delivery, and overall presentation skills - Educate students on effective communication strategies and techniques - Create a supportive and encouraging environment for students to practice and enhance their public speaking abilities **Experience**: - Previous experience in public speaking coaching or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to educate and inspire individuals to improve their public speaking skills - Familiarity with different public speaking styles and techniques - Nice-to-have: Experience in related fields such as Toastmaster, TED talk, education or coaching - Nice-to-have: Ability to swim (metaphorically, meaning ability to handle challenging situations calmly) **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Flexible schedule - On-site childcare - On-site parking **Education**: - Bachelor's Degree (required) Work Location: In person
