Job Title: Tire Technician

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Mount, balance, and repair tires for various vehicles
- Perform tire rotations and alignments accurately
- Inspect tires for wear and damage, recommending replacements as needed
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires based on their vehicle and driving needs
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively in tire maintenance procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide friendly and informative customer service throughout the tire service process

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks comfortably
- Familiarity with sales processes related to tires is a plus

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean record

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
