CEDA is looking to hire a Genral Labourer - Groundskeeping & Janitorial at AOC Leismer in Conklin.

**What we offer**:

- ** $36.00 per hour**:

- Shift**:14x14, with 12 hour days**(compressed work schedule, no overtime unless you work outside the set schedule and hours)

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain outdoor areas including mowing, weed trimming and general lawn care around facilities
- Clean and maintain walkways, entrances and common outdoor areas
- Maintaining safe work practices
- Perform general labour tasks such as moving supplies, unloading deliveries, snow removal (if applicable) and basic site clean up
- Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision
- Assist Maintenance and facilities operations staff as needed
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with all safety policies and OH&S standards

**Role Specifications**:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping or general labour in an oilfield setting
- Valid Class 5 licence (**non GDL**) with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required
- Physically able to lift 50lbsm perform manual work in varying outdoor conditions
- The following tickets are required: H2S Alive, standard first aid and CSO or CSTS2020
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using small tools and lawn / yard care equipment
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test, booked by CEDA
- Ability to work well in both independent and team environments and manage multiple tasks while working under mínimal supervision
