What You’ll Be Doing:

- Producing bath and body products including **shower steamers, bath soaks, powders, sprays, and body care items**:

- Following detailed recipes, SOPs, and batch records exactly — no shortcuts
- Measuring, mixing, molding, curing, and packaging products with precision
- Meeting daily and weekly production timelines
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
- Monitoring inventory levels and flagging low materials
- Working collaboratively with the production team to keep workflow moving smoothly

Physical & Work Environment Requirements (Important):

- Standing and moving for **most of a 6 hour shift**:

- Repetitive hand and arm movements
- Lifting and handling materials **up to 25 kg**:

- Working in a **scent-filled environment** with powders, oils, and raw materials
- This is a hands-on role — expect to get dusty, messy, and smell great by the end of the day

**Requirements**:

- **18+ years old**:

- Available **weekdays only** (no evenings or weekends)
- Physically able to perform the duties listed above
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Comfortable with basic math and measurements
- Able to read and speak English clearly (for safety and batch documentation)
- Reliable transportation to Okotoks
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- **Long-term availability** — this is not seasonal or short-term employment
