Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Launch and Production Planner will be responsible for working closely with all supply chain functions, sales and marketing teams, to delivery all Company Brand Wine and Spirit innovation projects from conception to in market availability build production plans required to hit target inventory coverage. This role will own the relationship with co-packers and ensure all relevant information is communicated back to all internal Canadian stakeholders through S&OP. **What You'll Do**: - Work with the cross functional innovation team to develop the appropriate plans and production strategies to deliver test market cases and subsequent national launches. - Work closely with the Finance team and Marketing teams to develop cost of goods for potential projects throughout project life cycle. - Develop understanding of current/potential co packers and operation facilities to understand capability and implement solutions for delivering innovation. - Manages Innovation Project Tracking including agendas, Stage Gate Documents, and timelines for all Stage Gate Projects, including gaining cross-functional alignment prior to executive presentation. - Ensure the successful completion of implementation projects which includes achieving project milestones on time and on budget. - Communicate and confirm forecasted and scheduled production plans with co-packers per contractual timelines - Updater ERP system weekly based on production actuals and changed to scheduled and forecasted production - Communicate the upcoming production schedule to the Supply Planner and multifunctional teams to plan outbound shipments - Conduct meetings with copackers to communicate information on new items, existing issues or areas for operational improvements - Understand global Mark Anthony Group production planning best practices - Develop and maintain Excel models to optimize producing the right amount, at the right time at the lowest cost - Build, update and communicate a Launch Calendar for internal stakeholders to remain informed of pcoming innovation SKU launch time and progress - Identify and act on improvement opportunities in critical department operations **What You'll Bring**: - 2+ years of demonstrable success in any supply chain functions - Bachelor’s Degree - Demonstrated leadership abilities - Self-starter - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time - Experience with beverage packaging materials and operations an asset - Superior interpersonal skills and understands how to build (and values) relationships. - Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate and influence effectively with all levels of the organization - Sound knowledge of process manufacturing, supply chain, demand planning and finance processes - Strong stakeholder management focus - Highly proficient in Excel, understanding of ERP functionality - Superb written and presentation skills. - Able to travel
