**Salary**:$60-80K based on experience

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Assists in business development efforts to include research and tracking upcoming opportunities
- Deals will range from $20,000 - $500,000
- We work with different sectors, such as Public, Catholic and Private schools, Cities, Nature Centres, Zoos, Aquariums and Child Care Centres
- Build and promote strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs
- Meet or exceed sales requirements as determined by the sales plan
- Administrative tasks include creation of estimates and processing orders
- Must obtain customer and general industry knowledge
- Must be able to provide accurate data entry and customer file/data management
- Analyze data to monitor, direct and report on customer’s performance
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the customer
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Receptive to a combination of equivalent experience and education
- Social media knowledge an asset
- Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks on budget and on time
- Ability to quickly gel with and support a growing team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Suite
- Knowledge of municipal or school board procurement processes is a plus
- 2+ years related business experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation
- Superior customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivator able to deliver high quality work with limited supervision
- Ability to analyze sales and financial data and present findings
- Successful previous experience in sales in the playground Industry or education sector
- Comfortable working from home
