Landscape Foreman/woman

**Job Summary**

We are looking for enthusiastic Foremen/women to join our team of professionals. We specialize in uniquely designed residential landscape construction projects that include interlocking pavers, natural stone steps and features, garden walls, planting beds, landscape lighting and carpentry. **Responsibilities and Duties**

Our Foremen are responsible for leading a crew of 3 -5, working with them to complete high quality landscape construction projects accurately and efficiently. Foremen are responsible for understanding their plans and accurately translating each design to the real world. Our Foremen work with our Project Manager to ensure each project is completed to the highest standard of quality and on time. Foremen are also responsible for the onsite safety and cleanliness of their crew. Our Foremen will have a broad range of construction elements to complete and oversee, we do it all

All employees are required to have their own transportation to and from the jobsite. Employees are required to be at work on time and work diligently with attention to detail.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in landscape construction, or at least 1 year of experience as a Foreman/woman on a landscape construction crew. Experience in another construction field is an asset, but not required.

Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in operating a variety of power tools and typical landscape construction equipment such as mini excavators and skidsteers.

Applicants must be able to read and interpret basic 2 dimensional scaled drawings and have basic computer literacy.

Applicants must be motivated and have a passion for landscaping and the outdoors.

Applicants must also have a valid G class license. An A restricted class license is an asset.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
