**About the Role**

**Detailed responsibilities include**:

- Provide strong stakeholder management. Managing multiple client teams at both a Senior Manager and Director Level
- Manage the day-to-day activities of QA team members, including scheduling and managing ongoing projects.
- Develop test strategy, test execution plans, tracking, status and progress reporting
- Delivering Technology reporting initiatives, understanding reporting requirements
- To collaborate with business stakeholders and Line of Business SMEs developing Business Acceptance Scenario and Test cases
- Interpret the Capital Calculation Requirements and build out Test Scenarios

**About you**

**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years as a Senior QA Test Lead, Test Manager experience
- Demonstrate strong skills and experience on multiple program and project implementations.
- Strong understand on QA/Testing lifecycle
- Strong communicator, ability mentor junior resources, facilitate between client and internal resources on-shore and off-shore.
- Strong stakeholder management - able to manage multiple client teams at Senior Manager and Director level.
- Experience developing test strategy, test execution plans, tracking, status, and progress reporting.
- Manage / facilitate triage calls and issue troubleshooting/resolution.
- Previous experience in consulting an asset, OR big-time desire to move into consulting in a new phase in their career
