**Site Description**:
If you are looking for a Dynamic and Challenging work environment, then our Airport division is for you We are currently looking for an overnight exclusive Rover to round out our team

All of our guards are provided with free parking inside the Airport Parkade.
- Extensive patrolling
- Break relief
- Working knowledge of all internal posts (site training is provided through onboarding process)

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Must be able to walk long distances.
- Must be able to assist with parking duties when needed from 0100hrs to when terminal is cleared.
- Must ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed accordingly.
- Must know or obtain knowledge of all posts.
- ** Must have valid RAIC**.
- Must have leadership skills/supervisory experience
- Interpersonal/customer service skills
- Report all incidences, security infractions, and breaches to AOCC and shift supervisor.

**Site Requirements**:
At the time of the interview, applicants must be able to produce proof of completion of the following:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Demonstrates superior customer service skills and able to work independently
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Use of Force and First Aid/CPR Level C would be considered a definite asset
- Previous customer service-related experience would definitely be an asset
- Previous experience would be considered a definite asset

- Immunization Record
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)

**Successful completion of the following requirements provided by Paladin are mandatory prior to placement**:

- Management of Aggressive Behavior
- Use of Force
- Report Writing
- Additional courses as assigned

**Upon hire successful applicants will be required to complete the following Paladin online courses**:

- Successful completion of Paladin’s online Customer Service
- Successful completion of Paladin’s online Patrol Procedures
- Successful completion of Paladin’s online Diversity Awareness
- Successful completion of Paladin’s online Finding The OHS Manual
- Successful completion of Paladin’s online Paladin OHS Orientation
- Successful completion of Paladin’s online Mental Health Awareness
- Successful completion of Paladin’s online Workplace Respect
- Successful completion of Paladin’s online Slips, Trips and Falls
- Additional courses as assigned
