Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

Qualifications:

- Obtain certification from a recognized organization such as the Canadian Aquafitness Leaders Alliance (CALA), the YMCA, or WaterART Fitness International.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Passion for education and helping students reach their full potential
- Certification or licensure in teaching
