**TerraMines Inc.** is hiring **Junior Water Treatment Operators** for its industrial operations. We are looking for motivated and autonomous individuals who want to give real meaning to their work, learn, and grow in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor computerized control systems and equipment
- Optimize chemical products (dosing, maintenance, and testing in line with regulations)
- Maintain and repair equipment, and follow up with junior operators
- Control water quality and manage internal testing procedures (e.g., jar tests)
- Participate in procedural updates (inventory, purchasing, weekly cleaning)
- Solve operational issues and recommend improvements to processes and quality
- Perform all tasks necessary for efficient plant operation

**Job Requirements**:

- DEP/DEC/AEC in Water Treatment or equivalent experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Physically fit and capable of hands-on technical work
- Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and water treatment software
- Strong focus on health, safety, and quality
- Adaptable, autonomous, professional, and team-oriented
- Water treatment certifications (OW-1 or full surface/groundwater + distribution) are an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is preferred

**Responsabilités principales**:

- Surveiller les systèmes de contrôle informatisés et les équipements associés
- Optimiser les produits chimiques (dosage, entretien, tests selon les normes gouvernementales)
- Assurer l’entretien, la réparation des équipements et faire le suivi avec les opérateurs juniors
- Contrôler la qualité de l’eau et réaliser les essais internes (tests Jar, etc.)
- Participer à la mise à jour des procédures (inventaire, achats, nettoyage hebdomadaire)
- Résoudre les problèmes d’exploitation et recommander des améliorations
- Effectuer toute tâche nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l’usine

**Exigences du poste**:

- DEP/DEC/AEC en traitement des eaux ou expérience pertinente
- Permis de conduire classe 5 valide
- Bonne condition physique et capacité à travailler manuellement
- Aptitude au dépannage (“trouble-shooting”)
- Connaissance de Word, Excel, PowerPoint et des logiciels de traitement d’eau
- Forte orientation qualité, santé et sécurité
- Autonomie, professionnalisme, débrouillardise et travail d’équipe
- La carte OW-1 ou « traitement complet eau surface/souterraine + distribution » est un atout
- Bilinguisme (anglais et français) souhaité
