**WHAT WE DO**

INTEGRAcare’s dedicated and exceptional teams of Personal Support Workers and Registered Practical Nurses work as Caregivers to provide extraordinary care, which fosters client independence and joyful living in their homes.

**_ We are seeking Personal Support Workers/Registered Practical Nurses for Clients in Etobicoke to provide 1 to 1 care in the Client’s Home. We are seeking PSWs/RPNs with availability and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and evenings._**

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Caregivers with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required.
- Caregivers will be required to provide meaningful Companionship and Stimulation for Clients with advanced Dementia. Assist the Client with all aspects of personal care, including medication reminders and assistance with safe transfers. Plan, prepare meals and assist the Client with eating. As well, provide light housekeeping as directed by family.
