The Good Cleaners is hiring a talented Head Cleaner to help train new staff members, build relationships with new customers, and participate in reaching our long-term company goals through assigned managerial tasks. Here are some essential traits we look for in a Head Cleaner:

- Pride in your commitment to attention to detail
- Team building skills
- Empathy towards clients and their requests
- Ability to build a relationship with our clientele & solve customer complaints appropriately
- Mindfulness in regards to cross-contamination, transmitting and maintaining health standards across our whole team
- Experience managing a schedule using software is highly preferred
- Experience quoting commercial or residential projects is highly preferred
- Conscientiousness
- Excellent work ethic
- Time management skills

As a Head Cleaner, your role will be to maintain quality standards across all of our services. This means training cleaners to the same standards, interviewing, training, supervising cleans with new clients, conducting audit checks, and building a strong relationship with our clientele through your devotion to exceeding expectations.

Pay: $25.50-$29.50 per hour
