We are a non profit, private members club located in the lower Lonsdale area of North Vancouver.
Looking to add a few part time, on call bar staff to our roster.

The people you will be serving will range from 19 to 80 yrs of age. You must have great people skills, hopefully a ready smile to welcome our members and guests alike.
We have live music nights, Karaoke and other events throughout. We are a mostly happy group of people and need you to be too

Responsibilities and requirements:
*Providing our members and guests with a friendly experience while they socialize and wind down at the end of their day.
*Work private client events when required.
*Possess current Serving it Right Certification and follows those rules.
*Good Beer pouring/wine/Spirit mixing knowledge.
- Opening/closing duties, accurate payment handling and reporting
- Keeping work areas clean
*Receiving liquor orders on occasion
- Bar set up and tear down in Club’s banquet events room when required.
- Ability to lift and or move cases and kegs when needed. Ability to be on your feet all night.
- Cash handling. Credit/Debit payment abilities. Experience with Auphan dining or ability to learn it.
- Can take direction in a positive manner.
- Must be seeking part time, on call positions.
- Must have experience and be able to work with a team of great bartenders if required for our events if called upon.

On busy nights we need someone who can handle a crowd without getting rattled and on our quieter nights someone who can busy themselves with cleaning duties, talk to our members and be ok with a no cell phone rule while on shift. Self motivated and able to work alone without direction once trained is important.

We are open from 4pm daily and our closing hours are anywhere from 8pm on slow nights to 2am on the busy ones. You will need to be ok to handle either when called upon.
