**Role: ServiceNow QA/BA Consultant**
**Location: Remote (Canada)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Testing on E -Bonding and integration is required.
- Experience working in Business Analysis Space.
- Should have experience in Configuration Management.
- Ability to configure tools.
- Experience in ServiceNow Test automated framework (ATF)
- should have automated at least couple of regression suites
- Incident, problem, change, CMDB, asset, service catalogue.
- Ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
- Worked on testing Service Now platform upgrades/patches
- Responsible for analyzing functional requirements needed for Quality Testing
- As part of a broader ServiceNow team, you will be able to work with many other ServiceNow professionals across the globe to provide input on setting standards and path forwards to collectively deliver global solutions internally through presentations and Daily/Weekly discussions.
- Assist with the planning, strategy, and implementation of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
- Must have an experience in Selenium
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
- Experience leading and directing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Remote Position, Anyone within Canada is eligible to apply.
**Required skills**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Accreditations / Certifications in ServiceNow
- 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow developer ATF and Selenium experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and Domain Separation.
- Should have BSA Exposure.
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
