**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Monitoring the food safety plan
- Maintain and expand the SQF program
- Complete internal audits
- Keep records organized
- Complete required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- Collect and process environmental swab samples
- Effectively train staff members in food safety
- Regularly update management on progress
- Completing all other office related duties as necessary
- Work alongside production staff

**Experience, Skills and Abilities**:

- Have an accredited HACCP certification
- 2-3 years experience working with a HACCP plans
- Familiarity with the SQF code is preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of programs like Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
